My Year Without Broadway

It's been a year since I took my final bow in The Lion King at the Minskoff theatre. I actually haven't set foot in Times Square since March 11, 2020. In today's video, I'm sharing what it's been like to be away from the stage for one year (the longest I've ever been away from the stage since I started performing) and what I've learned about myself during this time. 32 Bar Cut is a series about what it's like to be a professional performer from my perspective. It is my offering to the theatre community while the lights are dark. I hope you and your loved ones are well during this time. I can see the "light at the end of the tunnel" (Sir ALW reference on purpose) and I wish you the best of luck on whatever you're up to!
