Focusing at the audition

Audition waiting areas can be a dreaded place where dreams go to die before you even get a chance to audition. Between the tight spaces, the distractions, and the actor that just hugged the casting director before they went in... how are you ever going to have a great audition? Here are some of my top tips for calming those nerves down before you walk into your audition, and not allowing the many, many distractions of the audition waiting room to keep you from being your best self that day.
