Tips for theatre auditions

I got the opportunity to be a reader for a major casting agency in NYC (Thanks Gray Talent Group!). And I'm sharing the key things that I learned from that experience. I worked with them for a little over three years (off and on, because... life) and I learned some invaluable information from that experience. Let me know if there's anything I didn't cover!
